InCARE has launched its third Policy Brief– Co-developing and contextualising long-term care innovations in Europe using Theory of Change- lessons from InCARE

The publication presents how the Theory of Change was successfully applied in InCARE. Our experience offers a proof of concept for the applicability and usefulness of this innovative participative approach in long-term care service and policy development. In this policy brief, we describe the Theory of Change process in InCARE and focus on formulating transferable lessons and recommendations for expanding Theory of Change approaches in this field.
