New InCARE Short Report: Design, Implementation and outcomes of the pilot in Spain
This new report presents the methodology and the activities organised in the framework of the InCARE Pilot in Spain, and their qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
Furthermore, key messages are suggested and discussed in detail.
In conclusion, the documentation and data obtained throughout the pilot support the hypothesis that a social innovation programme based on co-creation, accompaniment for empowerment, and coordination can improve processes and provide adequate care for caregivers. On the other hand, there is still a long way to go in terms of coordination between various levels, and collaboration with the administration and with the community, which poses challenges and barriers, but also potential for change and ample room for improvement.
